Alena from The Polishing Life has put together this showstopping textured chevron design for us today! She used decals for the chevrons, but you can also paint the zig zags freehand so don't worry if you don't have any decals on hand! She used UNT Breakup Blues and UNT Lost In Paradise, but here are some more polish combos you can use!

China Glaze Too Yacht To Handle & UNT Soul EmbraceToo Yacht To Handle is a bright almost neon turquoise blue, and Soul Embrace is a glitter bomb chock full of turquoise and silver glitters.

Model's Own Asscher Blue & NCLA My Dad Invented That: Asscher Blue is a bright sky blue with real diamond dust sprinkled in, and My Dad Invented That is a smoky black and blue micro glitter topper.

Floss Gloss 95% Angel & UNT Sand Castle: Sand Castle is baby pink and silver hex glitters, and 95% Angel is a creamy dusty blue with a slightly shimmery finish.

To start this easy design, paint your middle and ring fingers the lighter color you've chosen and then paint the rest with the darker polish. If you're using decals make sure that your polish is completely dry before applying the decals, paint over them with the contrasting color, and make sure to take them off while the polish is still wet.
And if you're freehanding the zig zags, make two zig zags right next to each other on the nail, fill them in with your brush, add topcoat, and you're done!
