I just placed an order and would like to change it. How do I do that?

I need to cancel my order.
If your order has begun processing, we cannot cancel your order. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please reach out to email@example.com to request a cancellation.
I received my order and it was damaged in the mail!
Please take a photo of the damaged polish and send it to us. We will try our hardest to send you a replacement or we can issue you a gift card if the polish is out of stock.
I placed one order. Why are there multiple charges on my card?
When you place an order, we will attempt to obtain an authorization from your bank/account for the amount of your order. This authorization is not a charge, rather it is an approval from your bank that funds are available. The multiple charges showing up are only for authorization purposes, and these funds will NOT be withdrawn from your bank account. (To be safe, you're always welcome to call your bank to double check.)
My order just shipped! Why does the tracking link I received not work?
Don't worry! Your package is safe and will be on its way to you soon! :) Tracking information for shipments can take a while to update, depending on the shipping method selected during checkout. Free shipping/standard shipping methods generally take longer to update than express shipments.
For US orders, please allow up to 2 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday) for the tracking information to update.
For international orders, please allow up to 4 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday) for the tracking information to update. Please note that complete tracking information is not available for all countries.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic shipping can take up to twelve business days for delivery. International shipping can take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery depending on your location. Please see our Shipping Information page for the estimated delivery time for your country. Please note that orders placed on Friday will not be fulfilled until the following week.
If your order is being shipped internationally, please include your phone number when placing your order to speed up the customs clearing process.

Why can’t you ship to my country?
We wish we could ship polishes from our world class selection everywhere. Nail polish is considered a hazardous material and shipping methods are very restricted. Unfortunately, your country might not allow nail polish to be brought in through mail delivery.
I received a bill from FedEx but I already paid for shipping. What do I do?
During checkout, you paid a shipping fee to Live Love Polish when placing your order. However, you have not paid the import/duty taxes on those polishes to your customs agency.
Please be aware that international orders, regardless of shipping method, may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the prices listed on our website.
You are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes charged by the country you are shipping to. Unfortunately, Live Love Polish has no control over these charges. Please consult with your local customs agency to find out more information regarding the amount of duties, taxes, or fees you may have to pay.

I purchased a gift card, but haven't received it yet.
Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards can be used on all items in the store, never expire, and have no additional processing fees. If you have not received an email with your gift card, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for further help.
A product I want to buy is sold out! :( Will it ever be back in stock?
We do our best to restock on sold out products whenever we can! However, there are times when we are unable to restock (e.g. when the product is limited edition or discontinued). We have included a “JOIN WAITLIST” button for every one of our products on livelovepolish.com. If you are signed in and click that button, you will be one of the first people to know if and when it’s available again.
